Whether you're using one of our standard, pre-made Reports, or created your own, it's inevitable that from time to time, the column headers will be in a bit of a random, unhelpful order. But you can easily re-organise how they appear by simply dragging & dropping them - just click the three dots > Select Fields > switch them around, and "ta dah"! ✨
Alternatively, did you know that you can also drag and drop the columns around in the Report itself?
P.S. to keep your changes, click the little 'save' button towards the top right-hand corner of the Report...but remember: if it's a Shared Report, any changes you save will show for everyone.Read More
Favouriting filters on Reports helps you quickly access those you use most frequently. Once you've chosen your favourite filters, click the link "Show favourites only" at the end of the filters list. This hides all the other (non-favourite) filters, giving you, and other users if you publish the changes, a simpler view, with quick and easy access to just the "favourite" filters. Give it a try!
Every now and then, we're going to share some useful hints & tips with our awesome users (you!). These aren't new features, but existing features which we think will come in handy when using Prospect day to day!
The first tip in this series is a great one...did you know that you can pin frequently used email and document templates into the drop-down menu? This makes the common ones easier to grab each time. For example, lots of our customers use quote templates regularly, so why not pin this template so its at the top of the menu? In the example below, we pin the "Simple Quote Template" to the menu. Then, whenever anyone loads a Quote window, they can quickly use this template in just two clicks!
Psst - you do have to be a CRM Admin user to "pin" document/email templates (anything in the Settings Centre is for Admin users-only). You'll just need to give em' a quick nudge if you want this enabled.
Keyboard shortcuts are great at speeding up processes. If you need to paste some text into Prospect CRM from an external source/website without all the annoying formatting that comes with it (like fonts, colours, backgrounds etc.), try the Ctrl + Shift + V command. An oldie, but certainly a goldie!
P.S. If you can't remember the keyboard combination, then in most browsers (incl. Chrome) you can also right click and choose "Paste as plain text" from the pop-up menu.Read More
Price Tiers are now displayed on Products in Prospect CRM for DEAR Inventory & Unleashed users, so you can see the price of the Product for different pricing tiers that have been set up.
Simply search for the Product you're looking for in Prospect (hint: why not try searching in the Products page only rather than searching absolutely everything in the Global Search!) and click on the Price Tier page on the left-hand side. This will show you the different prices for each of the tiers!
Note: if they're blank, it just means the Product doesn't have a price set up for that price tier.
