What's new on the CRM

A super simple yet helpful hint/tip for Prospect users today! In emails or when typing up your notes in the Activity feed in the CRM, use 'Shift+Enter' on your keyboard to add a line-break in an email rather than a whole new paragraph ('Enter'). Both are pretty similar but using line-breaks (shift-enter) means you don't add the full paragraph spacing when you don't want it.
