For customers that have Xero integrated to Prospect (or are using Unleashed with Xero as a secondary connection), you can now see a live view of the Xero Aged Receivables report against customers in Prospect. Without switching apps, you'll know exactly which customers have paid, and which customers haven't. For Sales Reps, this means you can check to see if customers have any outstanding payments due before letting them place more orders. This is often one of the most effective moments to ask for payment from a slow-payer!
P.S. In this release, you can access this report by navigating to the Sales Ledger screen in the CRM. But, if two clicks seems too much effort, don't worry - we're making it even easier to access from the main customer record in the CRM (the Division screen) in the next release!
